EDC were delighted to get an invite to contribute to the Wales Management Council newsletter for November 2008.
Frank O’Connor, Director of EDC, drafted an article titled ‘Good companies embrace ecodesign-led leadership’. The article put forward the thesis that good leaders need good managers and good companies need ecodesign. Drawing on recent examples of working with Welsh companies the article presents the case for all companies, irrespective of size, location or sector to embed ecodesign thinking in their business strategy.
The Wales Management Council aims to inspire, motivate and drive change in the perception, delivery, take-up and funding of management and leadership development in Wales.
